TP-R80 paper roll wrapping machine is suitable for automatic packaging of either core or coreless toilet paper rolls and kitchen tissue rolls.
It can accomplish automatic operations of tissue roll arranging, roll feeding, film feeding, film cut off and tissue roll diverting by using servo drives.Double toilet roll paper wrapping machine configuration performance description.
toilet roll paper wrapping machine (TP-R80) uses Panasonic PLC programmable controller, servo motor, and Velen 7" color touch screen control system.
Feeding unit: Use servo motor control (paper rising motor), photoelectric detection. 2 section belt conveyors with different speeds are designed to line up the roll.
upper and lower belts convey the roll and clamp it to the wrapping machine through photoelectric detection. No roll shortage, no empty bags; "Material Location" can be adjusted freely on the screen.
Package unit: Use double servo motors control packing film, vertical sealing mouth(Film motor) horizontal sealing, cutting (knife motor); detecting the position of cutting point by photoelectric detection color mark; error ±1mm.
Anti-cut clutch: When the wrapping machine is cutting the products, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, upper and lower horizontal sealing will be automatically separated. Taking out the roll and press the "Reset" button to automatically reset.
Paper bag adjustable device : According the size of roll paper adjust the width and height of the bag making device, easy to operate intuitive. Adjustable range: φ110-φ250mm.
