2. During the inspection, the buyer conducts random inspection on the products packed by the equipment. The quality requirements as the following:
2.1 Test acceptance of the packaged product specifications: the standard of the finished product: Wrong side ≤ 5mm, seal hot and flat, not fake seal, no burns.
2.2  Guaranteed production speed: 30packs/min; due to insufficient front flow line are not counted.
2.3  Guaranteed production efficiency: ≥85%. Test production time: 24 hours. Insufficient front flow line causes the packing machine to shut down or standby time is not counted. During the test period, counting the product to be tested, unaccepted products are counted to calculate the yield after the production test.
2.4  Guaranteed yield: ≥97%. unaccepted products are not counted because of the product size exceeds error of the allowable range , the front bag haven't been installed, and the buyer staff incorrectly operates the equipment.
3.5  The seller needed to factory site and make sure packing machine had been connected to the conveyor line. If there is any problem, the seller is fully responsible and need to work overtime adjust it normal operation in the shortest time.
