Main feature:

★DP-B20D diaper packing machine is suitable for packing baby diaper, potty training pants, adult diapers, underpads,pull-ups, adult diaper, nursing napkin etc..
 

★Adopts PLC cooperate with sensor to control diaper feeding and array. Use servo to control sealing and gusset unit. Has advantages of complete operation configuration, high efficiency, easy to operate, wide size range, quick sizes changing, convenient maintenance, low cost in using etc..

During the inspection, the buyer conducts random inspection on the products packed by the equipment. The quality requirements as the following:
1. Test acceptance of the packaged product specifications: the standard of the finished product: Wrong side ≤ 5mm, seal hot and flat, not fake seal, no burns.
2.  Guaranteed production speed: 15packs/min; due to insufficient front flow line are not counted.
3.  Guaranteed production efficiency: ≥85%. Test production time: 24 hours. Insufficient front flow line causes the packing machine to shut down or standby time is not counted. During the test period, counting the product to be tested, unaccepted products are counted to calculate the yield after the production test.
4.  Guaranteed yield: ≥97%. unaccepted products are not counted because of the product size exceeds error of the allowable range , the front bag haven't been installed, and the buyer staff incorrectly operates the equipment.
3.5  The seller needed to factory site and make sure packing machine had been connected to the conveyor line. If there is any problem, the seller is fully responsible and need to work overtime adjust it normal operation in the shortest time.

Paymentterm:T/T,L/C,30% down payment when placing your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Delivery: It depends on the machine models and your requirement on packing sizes.Usually within 30 days of Off Season , within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit

After service:  Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period.Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision and share the knowledge and experience regarding the machine operation and maintenance by fax or at each visit. 
If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad,buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets,accommodation and local transportation.
Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.

A: All of our machines have one year's warranty.

A: Our factory is located in Shantou city,Guangdong province,China.Which is a beautiful coastal city in the South-eastern of China.The airport name in our city is Jieyang Airport,airport code SWA and high-speed railway station is Chaoshan Station.It's very convenient to come from Guangzhou city or Shenzhen city.

Q 3. How to Guarantee transaction security?

A: Before delivery, we will send the pictures and videos to you to check the quality. 
Or you could arrange checking on your own. Also license and certificate could be provided for checking.

Q4: What technical support can I get during the transaction?

A: We offer online technical support at any time you want. Instructional videos, the way of daily commissioning and maintenance also wil be provided. If you need installation service, our technicians can go abroad but this is not free. During warranty you could replace the failed parts for free.
