Automatic Folding Machine for Napkin Tissue Paper

 

Napkin folding machine is used for the raw paper through embossing, folding, electronic technology, cutting processing into square and rectangular napkin. The machine adopts electronic counting grade skipping to ensure the accuracy of sheet number and easy to pack; Embossing roller adopts heating and temperature regulating device to make the embossing effect clear and set. It can fold 1/4,1/6,1/8 and other specifications according to different needs.

Feature:

High efficiency: the machine automatically folds and cuts the count, 200m/min, about 667 pcs/min.

Equipped with Delta Inverter.

High performance: Folding wheel wrapping paper automatic stop protection device, avoid unnecessary loss.

Embossing roller: the equipment comes with a embossing roller, which can customize flowers or animal patterns according to customer needs. The embossing pattern is exquisite and three-dimensional, obvious and clear.

High yield: Breaking the traditional paper napkin machine out of the slow situation, a day can reach 400 kilograms.

Paymentterm:T/T,L/C,30% down payment when placing your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Delivery: It depends on the machine models and your requirement on packing sizes.Usually within 30 days of Off Season , within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit

After service:  Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period.Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision and share the knowledge and experience regarding the machine operation and maintenance by fax or at each visit. 
If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad,buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets,accommodation and local transportation.
Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.

A: Before delivery, we will send the pictures and videos to you to check the quality.
Or you could arrange checking on your own. Also license and certificate could be provided for checking.

A: We offer online technical support at any time you want. Instructional videos, the way of daily commissioning and maintenance also wil be provided. If you need installation service, our technicians can go abroad but this is not free. During warranty you could replace the failed parts for free.
