 1.  The machine has the national invention patent No.ZL200710187369.8, pratical creation patent, ZL200710187369.8
 2. The whole machine part of touch sanitary paper are adopt stainless steel and hygiene grade green PVc belt. The whole machine form are thickening and weld wiht 45# steel .
3. All of block of bearing are casting and adopted naTR/NTN/IGUS/IKO/KOYO and other famous brand and long life usage. All fixed bolt are adopted 8.8 and grade, which is duable. All the bearing precision are demanded to 5 level. All fixed bolt are adopted 8.8 national standard grade, which is duable. 
4.Running knife of film cutting, tear mouth pouching knife are spiral curve design, guarantee use more than 4 unite/time. Rockwell hardness reached 62 degree.
5. All sychronous belt are use oversea famous brand that are very duable,   All running rod adopted 45# steel and thermal refining

b. Using PLC and servo motors . Drive rolls, belts, fetching bags, position, in-feed bags and sealing portion should be driven by servo motors. Product transfer, feeding, pushing, bag fetching, bag opening, trim collection are full automatic.
c.  Machine should be automatically bag transmission and bundling and stop and alarm when bag missing.
d. Man-machine interface :For easy operation ,set parameters in the operating panel., which have keep and debugging functions.
e. Trim:To trim collector with vacuum system
