Product Description

TP-T450A servo-driven tissue wrapping machine is primarily constructed for automatic packaging of folded tissue products like facial tissues, paper towels, V-fold napkins, paper serviettes, multifold hand towels. It utilizes plastic film to pack folded tissues individually.

★ This machine can run in high speed stably with low noise, it has the advantages of simple operation, wide range of packaging, quick specification conversion, convenient maintenance, low cost,etc.

★Standard functions: Electronic handwheel adjustment, tissue hook forming, bag shaping, slapping shaping; Automatic speed adjustment and paper towel incoming flow detection, paper towel height, length detection, alarm stop function; torque overload protection; The main push rod, board seeding and movable edge guide are equipped with cylinder overload protection function.

Full Automatic TP-T450A Tissue Paper Packaging Machinery Parameter
1.  All part of touch tissue adopted stainless steel and hygiene level white PU belt. Each main part installing plate adopted high strong carbon steel, its surface had coated static eletricity treatment.
2.  All of block of bearing are casting and adopted national 5 level precision standard, unified international famous brand and long life usage. All fixed bolt are adopted 8.8 national grade, which is duable. 
3.  Holder of cross seal cutting knife and cutting knife are high quality steel, heat treatment and duable.
4 . Sychronous belt are high grade both made in china and imported PU. 
5.  Sychronous belt wheel are the material of aluminium alloy and 45# steel, surface treament are blacking coating and aluminum shell. 
6.  Each roller are 45# steel and aluminum alloy, which the surface had been refined treated.
7. Bag rolling device is stainless steel, the surface had been polished.
8.  All push rod chain are stainless steel, main bearing are thermal refined. 
9. Running roller of high temperature resistance belt is special designed and installed imported special material, which prolong the usage life of resistance belt by a large margin, almost the zero noise running.

Paymentterm:T/T,L/C,30% down payment when placing your order, 70% balance payment before shipment.

Delivery: It depends on the machine models and your requirement on packing sizes.Usually within 30 days of Off Season , within 50 days of peak season upon receiving deposit

After service:  Seller would repair or replace the damaged parts free of charge caused by the machine poor design or manufacturing defects within this period.Guarantee period is not applicable for the consumables and once damaged, buyer can purchase the consumables from the seller at reasonable prices.
We would systematically train your engineers about the operation, maintenance and supervision and share the knowledge and experience regarding the machine operation and maintenance by fax or at each visit. 
If buyer need our technician to fix the machine abroad,buyer shall be responsible for all costs of service like airtickets,accommodation and local transportation.
Besides buyer need paid for the technician USD50/person/day as salary when our Technician going to your country.
